(More customer reviews)I bought this as a gift for my husband. The quality is very cheap and it is missing many parts. I decided to return it within 30 days. When I opened the return policy online it states that parts will only be replced within 10 days [ he was busy so it was past 10 days]
If you want to return the product, if defective, you can do it within 30 days AT YOUR OWN COST!!! Do you know the size of this product and how much it will cost?
They said that they will give a discounted coupon for 15% so that we can buy product next time. Then it states that once you return the object there is a 15% processing fee. So basically that discount coupon is a sham!!!
Don't waste your time and money withthis vender. I made a mistake and feel bad that his b day present is ruined!!!
