I actually have the 7 foot model, with violet felt (which looks sharp against charcoal-colored carpeting). After 4 and a half years of regular use, this table still delivers as a result of sound construction. The unit sits solid on any flat surface, and the bumpers wear very slowly. Overall, it's a must-have for those who like a competition-style look. For only $1400, you can have a very nice pool table that will last for many years. Finish that basement with an Imperial Eliminator pool table--I did, and love it.......you will, too.
